Transfer the strength you build in the weightroom to the court. No matter what your sport, we got you covered. Our sessions are designed to enhance your overall speed, agility and explosiveness. We do this by focusing on mobility, biomechanics, coordination, plyometrics and all round athleticism.

Utilising the skills and techniques straight from Mike Barwis himself, we accommodate for everyone whether it be for weight loss or elite athletic performance.
